&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200g de farinha com fermento&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 colheres de sopa de manteiga aos pedacinhos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de açúcar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50g de chocolate de barra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 ml de leite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Coloquei a farinha numa tigela. Adicionei a manteiga com as pontas dos dedos até que a mistura pareça pão ralado fino. Adicionei o açúcar e o chocolate cortado aos pedacinhos. Mexi um pouco. Misturei quase os 150 ml de leite (até que a massa fique macia mas não muito líquida). Coloquei colheradas de massa, bem distantes umas das outras, num tabuleiro untado. Pincelei-os com o restante leite e levei ao forno previamente aquecido a 220º durante 10-15 minutos ou até que os scones tenham crescido e estejam dourados. Juntei-lhe a carne e envolvi bem. Adicionei os orégãos e temperei com sal e pimenta. Espalhei o molho de tomate sobre a massa da pizza e, por cima, coloquei o preparado de carne. Cortei os ovos às rodelas e coloquei-as por cima da carne, assim como as azeitonas. Polvilhei com o queijo ralado e levei ao forno a 200º por cerca de 15 minutos. Retirei e servi. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500g de carne de porco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 salsichas frescas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150g de bacon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cenouras cortadas às rodelas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pé de alho francês cortado às rodelas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de feijão branco (aproximadamente 400g  - peso depois de escorrido)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ramo de salsa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;caldo de carne&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;azeite e manteiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cortei a carne de porco aos pedaços e o bacon às fatias. Levei um caldeirão ao lume com azeite e manteiga e dourei as carnes na gordura bem quente. Juntei as cenouras, o alho francês, os alhos laminados e a salsa picadinha. Passados 5 minutos reguei com um pouco de caldo de carne. Deixei ferver com o caldeirão tapado por uma hora. Acrescentei, então, mais caldo de carne e juntei a pimenta, as salsichas e o feijão. Rectifiquei o tempero. Deixei acabar de cozer e de apurar. &lt;div&gt;Desculpem-me pela foto, mas uma boa muamba não pode esperar pra ser servida. Aqui vai a receita, quentinha, quentinha....&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 frango do campo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;vinagre&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de tomate aos cubinhos (das pequenas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 courgetes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 mão cheia de quiabos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de muamba&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;





Temperei o frango, cortado aos pedacinhos para estufar, com os dentes de alho picados, sal e vinagre. Coloquei o frango num caldeirão. Juntei o resto dos ingredientes (cortei as corgetes às meias rodelas grossas). Levei ao lume. Fica pronto quando o frango estiver cozido. Durante a cozedura deve-se retirar a gordura que se vai juntando à superfície com uma escumadeira. Rectifiquei o tempero. E é assim...mais do que simples e intragáááável!!!!!

Levei um pequeno caldeirão com água temperada a ferver. Assim que começou a ferver, retirei-o do lume. Fui colocando um pouco de fuba de mandioca e batendo, um pouco de farinha de milho e batendo..... até que a mistura fique maleavél (não líquida, nem demasiado dura). Eu fiz esta parte com a ajuda do bruxinho sénior. Ele ia deitando as farinhas e eu sempre a bater. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200g de açúcar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de polpa de manga (das pequenas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ovos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 caneca de leite (+/- 200 ml)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 caneca de óleo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;raspa de 1 limão&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;400g de farinha com fermento&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farinha e manteiga para untar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Untei pequenas forminhas com manteiga e farinha. Misturei o açúcar com a polpa de manga. Juntei as gemas e, em seguida, o leite. Acrescentei o óleo e a raspa do limão. Por fim, juntei a farinha, alternando com as claras batidas em castelo. Envolvi suavemente e preenchi as forminhas com o preparado. Levei ao forno a 175º, durante 20 minutos. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 g de filetes de bacalhau&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 limão&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal e pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farinha&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ovo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;óleo pra fritar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 chávena de maionese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 frasco de pickles&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 mão de azeitonas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;batatas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;salsa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Temperei os filetes com sal e pimenta. Cozi as batas às rodelas. Passei os filetes por ovo e farinha, fritei-os em óleo quente. Coloquei batatas no fundo de um tabuleiro. Sobre esta coloquei os filetes de bacalhau escorridos, azeitonas descaroçadas e os pickles cortados em pedacinhos. Cobri os filetes com maionese. Levei ao forno só pra aquecer e alourar. Retirei as cavalas e reguei com o molho. Servi com batata doce assada no forno. Entre uma "virose", que nos obrigou a estar a caldinho de arroz durante toda a semana, e o trabalho que se foi acumulando, nunca mais tive tempo de vir até aqui. No entanto, fui tirando umas fotos dos últimos feitiços. Não é o caso desta massa de pizza que vou agora postar. Não cheguei a tirar foto, mas a massa ficou tão, mas tão má que achei que devia partilhar.

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 chávenas de farinha&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 saquinho de fermipan (que só conheci depois de começar a viajar na blogosfera hihi)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ovos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Fiz uma cova no meio da farinha e verti o azeite e uma pitada de sal. Envolvi um pouco e coloquei o fermipan misturado com 50 ml de água morna. Misturei mais um pouco. Acrescentei os ovos, um a um. Envolvi, por fim, toda a farinha e amassei muito bem. Estiquei a massa e deixei levedar. Depois é só cobrir com o que nos apetecer. &lt;strong&gt;para o creme amarelo:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;3 gemas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 copo de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;4 colheres de café de maizena (bem cheias)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 pitada de baunilha em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Misturei todos os ingredientes (menos a baunilha) num caldeirãozito e levei ao lume até engrossar. Retirei do lume, coloquei a baunilha e continuei a mexer até arrefecer um pouquinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;para o creme branco:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1,5 pacotes de natas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;O meu objectivo era bater as natas em chantilly, mas não sei porquê fiquei quase meia hora a bater com batedeira e elas não subiram. Ficou mais ou menos. Mais fui em frente na mesma (ainda bem, porque o resultado valeu a pena).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;para o creme castanho:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 copo de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;8 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;3 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 cálice de vinho do porto&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Misturei os ingredientes todos num caldeirãozito e levei ao lume até engrossar. Retirei e deixei arrefecer. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Por fim, num pirex deitei primeiro uma camada d creme branco, depois uma de palitos la reine embebidos no creme castanho e uma de creme amarelo. Repeti, terminando com creme amarelo. Quando alouraram, juntei a pimenta, a salsa picada, o vinho branco e o molho de carne. Deixei apurar. Entretanto grelhei os bifes temperados com sal. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ovos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 chávenas de chá de farinha de trigo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr. de chocolate de tablete&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bati as gemas com o leite condensado. Juntei o pacote de natas e misturei a farinha com o fermento, as claras batidas em castelo e, por fim, o chocolate cortado aos pedacinhos (parti no 123). Deitei o preparado numa forma untada com manteiga e farinha. Levei a cozer a 180º por cerca de 40 - 50 minutos. Cobri o bolo com mais um pacote de natas, mas fica igualmente mal sem cobertura. hihi&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 coelho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal e pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 gr de chouriço&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 copo de cerveja&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 folha de louro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 chávena de caldo de carne&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 mão de azeitonas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;batatas e azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Limpei o coelho, cortei-o em pedaços e temperei-o com sal e pimenta. Levei o azeite a aquecer numa frigideira e juntei-lhe os pedaços de coelho. Fui mexendo até alourar e, por fim, retirei-os. Num caldeirão, levei o azeite e os dentes de alho picados e deixei alourar. Juntei a polpa de tomate e a cerveja. Deixei ferver. Adicionei o caldo, a farinha dissolvida em água fria e a folha de louro. Voltei a deixar ferver. Juntei o coelho e deixei cozer em lume médio. Depois de cozido juntei as azeitonas descaroçadas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

folhas de lasagna&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;fatias finas de presunto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal e pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;queijo ralado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;


Fiz um refogado com o azeite, o dente de alho picadinho, o tomate pelado, a carne de vaca e um pouco de água (e sal, claro!!). Assim que a carne estava cozida, piquei-a e voltei a mistura-la com o molho. Cozi as folhas de lasagna (apesar de serem das "pré-cozidas"). Temperei as natas com sal e pimenta. Montei a lasagna: primeiro uma camada de natas, depois uma de lasagna, uma de carne, outra de natas e assim sucessivamente até à última camada, que em vez de carne levou as fatias de presunto desfiadas. E, por fim, o queijo. Fui juntando os ovos um a um para garantir que a mistura não ficasse muito húmida. Temperei com sal e pimenta. &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Esta é uma forma muito simples de fazer um pratinho bem horroroso!!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;trutas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;bacon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;manteiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;batatas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Arranjei as trutas e dei-lhes um golpe nos lombos (de ambos os lados) no sentido do comprimento. Temperei-as com um pouco de sal. Embrulhei as trutas em fatias finas de bacon, como se vê na imagem. Coloquei-as sobre rectângulos de papel de alumínio e coloquei pedacinhos de manteiga sobre cada uma. Embrulhei-as no papel de alumínio (é preciso apertar bem as pontas e os bordos). Levei a forno muito quente por (não prestei atenção) aproximadamente 15 ou 20 minutos. Foi bem rápido!!! Acompanhei com batatas cozidas. &lt;div align="justify"&gt;A foto ficou excelente (hihihi) mas não podia deixar de postar esta deplorável sopinha rústica que é servida como prato único ao jantar no minho.

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata das pequenas de feijão encarnado cozido (aprox. 300 gr.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;couve lombarda&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 fio de azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr de farinha de milho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguiças&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Levei a cozer, no caldeirão, o feijão, a couve (cortada como caldo verde grosseiro), as linguiças e um fio de azeite. Depois da couve estar cozida, juntei a farinha, diluída com um pouco da água da cozedura. Deixei ferver por mais ou menos 2 minutos e retirei do lume. Cortei as linguiças às rodelas e voltei a colocá-las no caldeirão. Servi quente.

&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coloquei a massa quebrada numa forma redonda untada. Piquei o fundo com um garfo e cozi a 180º por 10 minutos. Retirei do forno e cobri o fundo da tarte com as bananas cortadas às rodelas. Polvilhei com o açúcar e deitei o fio de natas, espalhando-o pela tarte. &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Aqui está um bruxedo bem comum em qualquer casa. No entanto, este tem uma particularidade: o uso do côco ralado que lhe confere um sabor especial! O cheirinho que deixa em toda a casa é, só por si, capaz de enfeitiçar..... &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;bifinhos de peru&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farinha, ovo e côco ralado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;azeite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal e pimenta&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;E é só panar: Eu temperei os bifinhos com sal e pimenta e passei-os por farinha, ovo batido e um toque de côco ralado . Fritei em azeite não muito quente. &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Embora em toda a África se chame pirão a uma massa confeccionada com fuba de mandioca e/ou fuba de milho, existe uma iguaria gastronómica caracteristica de Luanda a que também se dá o nome de pirão. É este caldinho picante (pra quem goste), servido bem quente e acompanhado de farinha de mandioca torrada (eu fiz uma espécie de farófia porque gosto mais assim hihi). Nesta foto não aparece nem a mandioca nem a batata doce (foi a única que ficou bem). :(&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Fiz um refogado com a cebola às rodelas fininhas, o alho inteiro, os tomates e um pouco de azeite. Em seguida coloquei o peixe, arranjado e cortado às postas, e deixei estufar um pouco. Depois coloquei bastante água , a mandioca e a batata doce descascadas e cortadas em rodelas grossas (como a batata na caldeirada), o sal e as malaguetas. Quando estava quase pronta, rectifiquei os temperos e deixei cozinhar bem. Servi bem quente (é essencial) acompanhada com farinha de mandioca torrada.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Para a massa&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 ovos
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr de açúcar
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 colher de café de essência de baunilha
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr de farinha
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;manteiga e farinha&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;
Untei uma forma redonda sem buraco com manteiga, polvilhei-a com farinha e envolvi-a com uma tira de papel vegetal. Liguei o forno a 170º. Bati os ovos com o açúcar até dobrar o volume. Juntei a essência de baunilha. Misturei a farinha e o fermento. Coloquei a massa na forma e levei a cozer por 40 minutos. Retirei, desenformei e cortei aos quadradinhos. Coloquei-os no frigorífico. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Para o glace:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gr de açúcar em pó
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 clara&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;
Juntei o açúcar em pó e a clara e bati bem (não sei por quanto tempo, mas foi bastante). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Para o creme de chocolate:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;0,5 dl de natas (é mesmo só um fiozinho)
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dl de leite
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tabletes de chocolate de culinária&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;
Num caldeirãozito coloquei as natas e o chocolate. Levei ao lume e deixei ferver por um bocadinho (nem sequer um minuto). Tirei do lume e juntei o chocolate partido em pedacinhos. Voltei a levar ao lume (fraco) até derreter (sempre a mexer). Até ficar um creme muito suave.
(É melhor não deixar arrefecer muito o chocolate para não endurecer e dificultar a tarefa seguinte)

Já considerava prepará-la há algum tempo (encontrei-a numa Tele Culinária muito antiga, daquelas que custavam 2$50!!) mas pensava sempre que não seria do agrado dos bruxinhos aqui de casa. No entanto, até o bruxinho sénior detestou!! &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Comecei por preparar o molho: num caldeirãozito diluí a farinha com o leite, juntei a manteiga, levei ao lume e mexi sempre com colher de pau até levantar fervura. Depois retirei do lume e temperei com sal e pimenta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Com cerca de 250 gr de arroz preparei arroz branco e espalhei-o sobre um tabuleiro. Sobre este, coloquei os ovos cozidos cortados às rodelas. Em seguida coloquei o fiambre cortado aos cubinhos e o molho. Por fim, coloquei o queijo e levei ao forno até alourar. Não servi com salada, mas aconselho.&lt;/div&gt;

Cortei o choco em tiras e as cabeças ao meio. Temperei com sal, pimenta (é verdade mana bruxinha, quando me perguntaste porque estava um pouco picante, esqueci-me de te falar da pimentinha do tempero hihih) e vinagre. Fiz um refogado com o azeite, o alho, a cebola, o pimento, a polpa de tomate e o tomate fresquinho. Juntei o choco e deixei estufar por 5 minutos. Acrescentei o feijão e um pouco de água. Esmaguei alguns feijões para dar consistência ao molho. Temperei com sal e salsa. Cozinhei por meia hora. &lt;li&gt;5 ovos
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 dl. de leite

&lt;li&gt;1 fio de óleo
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 latas de atum
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 mão de azeitonas
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cebola pequena
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de fermento
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;12 colheres de sopa de farinha
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sal
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;salsa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Cozi dois ovos, cortei-os aos pedacinhos e reservei. Bati os outros ovos com o leite, o óleo e um pouco de sal com batedeira pra retirar todos os grumos. Juntei a farinha e mexi muito bem durante 5 minutos. Misturei a este preparado o atum escorrido, os pedacinhos de ovo, as azeitonas descaroçadas, a cebola picadinha e a salsa também picadinha. Juntei o fermento em pó (quase que me esquecia hihi). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;400 gr. de bacalhau (usei aqueles pacotes de bacalhau já demolhado e desfiado)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 kg de batata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 ovos&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 fatias finas de presunto&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cebola&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;azeitonas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;salsa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;azeite, vinagre, sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Coloquei no caldeirão as batatas aos cubos, o bacalhau, os ovos, as azeitonas e as fatias de presunto também desfiadas. Levei a cozer. Não pus nem uma pitadinha de sal, pois o bacalhau e o presunto já estavam suficientemente salgados. Cortei a cebola às rodelas finas e coloquei-as numa travessa. Retirei os ovos, mergulhei-os em água fria, descasquei-os e cortei em pequenos pedaços. Retirei a água aos ingredientes cozidos no caldeirão e misturei-os à cebola. Misturei também os ovos aos pedaços. Por fim, polvilhei com salsa.
